Cancellations Prior to Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can issue a complete refund before your package leaves the warehouse. Contact us at 02 9091 4222 or at any time.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind

Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

Custom Made Products

Custom made orders or items that have been modified or altered from their original state, cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

How To Initiate Return

To initiate a return, please email us at within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number, list the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and the return shipping address.

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, less any applicable restocking fees. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, the box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage, to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and/or videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

We will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are defective upon arrival, damaged, or have any other order errors on our part. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for any items that are returned due to a change of mind.
