Our Shipping Process

This policy outlines how we manage order processing, shipping timelines, delivery expectations, and product-specific handling. Our goal is to ensure your delivery is clear, predictable, and aligned with your order experience.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms your order has been received and that your payment method has been pre-authorised. Fulfilment begins as soon as possible.


Shipping Timeframes

Standard Orders

  • Dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Transit time is typically 5–7 business days

  • Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch

Bellicon Rebounders

  • Due to custom configurations and demand, shipping takes approximately 2–4 weeks
  • Tracking details are provided approximately one week before delivery

  • If your configuration is delayed beyond the standard timeframe, we’ll notify you via email

Saunas & Ice Baths

  • Shipping timeframes vary by model and availability

  • Please refer to the product page for current lead times, or contact us for a personalized estimate


Order Shipment & Tracking

For standard orders, tracking is typically sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
For Bellicon and other custom-built or made-to-order products, tracking is sent once the shipment is confirmed—usually within a week of delivery.

If you haven’t received tracking within 6 business days for standard orders, please contact us.


Shipping Options

Some of our products include free shipping, while others use flat-rate shipping based on your delivery location.

To view your shipping cost, simply add the product to your cart and enter your address, your shipping rate will appear automatically at checkout.

In most cases, our flat-rate shipping fee fully covers delivery costs. However, in certain remote or regional locations where freight charges are significantly higher, an additional delivery charge may be required. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional cost and give you the option to either proceed with the order or cancel for a full refund.


PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to the size and handling requirements of many of our products. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.


Receiving Your Delivery

  • All deliveries require a signature on arrival

  • If you are not available, your parcel will be taken to a local depot for re-delivery

  • You may request an “Authority to Leave” when rescheduling delivery if preferred

All delivery updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
