Due to the number of different custom combinations of these rebounders, some components may have more delays than others, and this will cause shipping delays.

Shipping times vary between 2 - 5 weeks. You will receive tracking for your order approximately 1 week before delivery.

We are unable to provide specific configuration availability, though if something is out of stock or out of the following time frame, we will contact you via email.

Please also note that PO box and parcel locker addresses are generally not suitable due to package size.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfilment process. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@houseofcypress.com.au

No Shipping outside of Australia.

Our Curb-side standard delivery is usually completely free! This option normally takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have received your tracking information.
