Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfilment process.

Standard Shipping times

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Bellicon Shipping times

Delays on shipping are due to custom configurations and demand on specific components.

We are unable to provide specific configuration availability, though if something is out of stock or out of the aforementioned time frame, we will contact you via email.

Shipping times vary between 2 - 5 weeks. You will receive tracking for your order approximately 1 week before delivery.

Please also note that PO Box and parcel locker addresses are generally not suitable due to package size.

Sauna Shipping times

Saunas and Steam baths have a lead time of approximately 8 -12 weeks.

Order Shipment

Receiving your Delivery

You will be required to sign to take delivery of your package when it arrives.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be taken to the local depot and scheduled for re-delivery at a more suitable time. At the time of scheduling a re-delivery, you may request for your package to be left in a safe place.

My 86 year old mum watched Barbara O'Neill's appraisals for a year. It arrived 2 weeks ago. We bought the support handle and she is supervised and gently supported at all times including mounting and dismounting. It is motivating her, getting her blood flowing to all extremities and she is now concentrating on raising her head and neck higher and focusing vision in 20 second spurts, while gently bouncing. We aim for 4 sessions a day now. At first 2 minutes was enough. Now we are up to 4 minutes each session. Her balance is improving, she is becoming more confident. Her physio is very positive and supportive. And of course we all use it. Our objective will be hourly sessions with gentle increases each week in bounce and exercises. There is lots of support and exercise groups to tap into to keep variety and reaching your goals. Thank you Barbara and thank you House of Cyprus for helping my mum and all our family.

I received the rebounder four days ago and using it. I'm happy with it so.
I didn't get the access code for 30 days in the package as indicated by bellicon. I emailed this morning but haven't heard from the bellicon.
