Great purchase so happy with it!! Mine came assembled with folding legs so was easy to setup and i was rebounding straight away. After using a much cheaper one previously that was hurting my back this one is excellent in comparison. the bounce is much softer, quieter and easy on the joints. i love it and have been using it everyday.
My 86 year old mum watched Barbara O'Neill's appraisals for a year. It arrived 2 weeks ago. We bought the support handle and she is supervised and gently supported at all times including mounting and dismounting. It is motivating her, getting her blood flowing to all extremities and she is now concentrating on raising her head and neck higher and focusing vision in 20 second spurts, while gently bouncing. We aim for 4 sessions a day now. At first 2 minutes was enough. Now we are up to 4 minutes each session. Her balance is improving, she is becoming more confident. Her physio is very positive and supportive. And of course we all use it. Our objective will be hourly sessions with gentle increases each week in bounce and exercises.
