Our Shipping Process
This policy outlines how we manage order processing, shipping timelines, delivery expectations, and product-specific handling. Our goal is to ensure your delivery is clear, predictable, and aligned with your order experience.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms your order has been received and that your payment method has been pre-authorised. Fulfilment begins as soon as possible.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Orders

Bellicon Rebounders
- Due to custom configurations and demand, shipping takes approximately 2–4 weeks

Order Shipment & Tracking
For standard orders, tracking is typically sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
For Bellicon and other custom-built or made-to-order products, tracking is sent once the shipment is confirmed—usually within a week of delivery.
If you haven’t received tracking within 6 business days for standard orders, please contact us.
Shipping Options
Some of our products include free shipping, and others use a real-time shipping calculator at checkout.
To see the shipping cost for your order, simply add the product to your cart and enter your address—your shipping total will be calculated automatically.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to the size and handling requirements of many of our products. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Receiving Your Delivery

All deliveries require a signature on arrival

If you are not available, your parcel will be taken to a local depot for re-delivery

You may request an “Authority to Leave” when rescheduling delivery if preferred
