Due to the custom options and demand for these saunas, the lead times for shipping and delivery delays are currently 8–12 weeks from the time of order.

Delays on shipping are due to custom configurations and demand on specific components.
We are unable to provide specific configuration availability, though if something is out of stock or out of the aforementioned time frame, we will contact you via email.
Shipping times vary between 2 - 5 weeks. You will receive tracking for your order approximately 1 week before delivery.
Please also note that PO Box and parcel locker addresses are generally not suitable due to package size.
Saunas and Steam baths have a lead time of approximately 8 -12 weeks.
