You can change your mind and cancel your Yesoul order within 24 hours of placing it and before it's sent to you, and there won't be any extra charges. But if you decide to cancel it after 24 hours, you'll need to pay a $100 restocking fee and return delivery fees

You can't get a refund if it's been more than 14 days, except if there's something wrong with the product. Our guarantee doesn't cover regular wear and tear or damage from using it wrong or accidents.

I have had my Yesoul G1m Plus 21.5” HD Bike for a couple of weeks and really love the bike but I am SO disappointed in the problems connecting my Android mobile (tried a Pixel 3 and a brand new Motorola Fusion Edge 50). Simply will not connect to the screen whcih is the main reason I bought the bike. Luckily I can cast to a large TV screen which is in the same room but I could have bought any old bike second hand and not needed the screen at all. Now that I've done a lot of research, i can see this is a well known problem which many have experienced. Very sneaky of Yesoul to withhold that non-functionality information.
