The bike and screen are shipped separately, so please wait for the second package. If it doesn't arrive within three days of the first, contact us.
You can change your mind and cancel your Yesoul order within 24 hours of placing it and before it's sent to you, and there won't be any extra charges. But if you decide to cancel it after 24 hours, you'll need to pay a $100 restocking fee and return delivery fees
If you aren't happy with your new Yesoul product, you can ask for a return within 14 days after it's delivered. But you'll have to pay a $100 fee and return delivery fees.
You can't get a refund if it's been more than 14 days, except if there's something wrong with the product. Our guarantee doesn't cover regular wear and tear or damage from using it wrong or accidents.
