Order Cancellation Policy

You can change your mind and cancel your Yesoul order within 24 hours of placing it and before it's sent to you, and there won't be any extra charges. But if you decide to cancel it after 24 hours, you'll need to pay a $100 restocking fee and return delivery fees

Returning Your Yesoul Product

If you aren't happy with your new Yesoul product, you can ask for a return within 14 days after it's delivered. But you'll have to pay a $100 fee and return delivery fees.

You can't get a refund if it's been more than 14 days, except if there's something wrong with the product. Our guarantee doesn't cover regular wear and tear or damage from using it wrong or accidents.

Returning Your Yesoul Accessories

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, or purchased marked down/sale item:

For everything else, you need to return it within 14 days and keep the original packaging. If your package gets lost in the mail and you can't prove it was sent, we're not responsible. We'll give you a refund back to the same way you paid for it.

Why won't my bike screen connect to Wi-Fi?

Make sure your Wi-Fi is on the 2.4 GHz network, check your Wi-Fi account and password, and ensure a strong signal. If the issue persists, contact support with images or videos.

I'm having trouble connecting via the supplied connection cable?

Your phone must be DisplayPort compatible, most iPhones and flagship Androids have this feature. Please check with your device manufacture if this feature is supported on your device.

How do I reset the screen?

Unplug the power cord, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, then release it and wait for 3 seconds for the monitor to restart.

I've received one part but not the other

The bike and screen are shipped separately, so please wait for the second package. If it doesn't arrive within three days of the first, contact us.

  • Due to custom configurations and demand, shipping takes approximately 2–4 weeks

  • Shipping timeframes vary by model and availability
