Authentic Lisboa Premium Pizza Oven

We love Lisboa! The NEW PREMIUM is a traditional dome pizza oven. The adaptability of this oven is what we like about it. Not only is it perfect for authentic Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds! ), but it also has rotisserie capabilities. The Lisboa features a larger opening than the Pizzaioli and Buena Ventura versions, allowing for the use of a spit. It also has a stronger ambience because the fire is more apparent, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! This oven's door is square in shape and is ideal for pizzas, casseroles, breads, and delicious rotisseries.

Authentic Pizza Ovens are HAND-MADE in Portugal and triple-insulated, so the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is flaming hot! Each oven has a brick and mortar inner layer that is then topped with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and secured with metal batting before another layer of refractory cement is put. Only Authentic Pizza Ovens have actual Rockwood and our own international utility patent.

High-End Hardware:

The facade of the Lisboa is classic brick, with a black NON RUST CAST ALUMINUM entrance, chimney cavity, and STAINLESS STEEL chimney. A high heat viewing window pane peeks through the door.

Traditional authentic ovens never utilise a galvanised coating or a zinc galvanising coating. Our white-domed ovens can be painted or tiled to match your home or design needs. All you'll need is a high heat paint or adhesive. Before painting, we recommend that you cure and operate your oven for a few weeks and treat it with Ultra Fire, included with the product.

High grade STAINLESS STEEL Chimney: 15cm spout with flu/damper (96.5cm Chimney Pipe Extension and Chimney Cap available separately.)
Ceramic Baking Dish: (25.5cm x 37cm x 7.5cm)
Thermometer: (0-500°C)
Ultra Fire: Patch kit to address superficial cracks that will develop (see video for more information on how to treat)

The pizza oven is made for outdoor use, however, ovens require “all-weather” protection from rain and harsh elements when not in use. We supply a high-quality, weatherproof, UV resistant, custom-made cover. Feel free to add-on to your order.
