This versatile system includes a press arm Station for exercises like bench press, incline press, shoulder press, and chest-supported mid-row, allowing for a full-body workout. The Perfect Pec™ Station is fully adjustable, enabling a complete range of motion to enhance chest workouts and achieve better muscle definition. Additionally, with its weight stack, the leg press/calf press station can accommodate up to 190 kg resistance, providing an excellent challenge for leg and calf exercises.
