I can comfortably do pull-ups, with a weight belt, and the rack feels sturdy - especially while the weights are stored on the back.
I'm pretty good at building things so I didn't struggle to much. But a feel for others who are not.
I would pair with a good bench and some additional accessories to really make a great home gym.
